My Story

I hold registration with the Hearing Care Professional Council (HCPC) and have been a member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA). Additionally, I am certified as a wax removal clinician, qualified to provide micro-suction ear wax removal service.

A bit about myself

I earned both my Bachelors and Masters degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology. My qualifications dated back to 2015, and since then, my unwavering dedication has been to serve the community with knowledge and compassion.

My professional journey commenced in 2015 when I joined a hearing aid manufacturing company as an audiology product trainer. The following year, in 2016, I transitioned into providing clinical services, working for one of the world’s largest hearing aid providers. For a span of six years, I successfully ran a clinic in Reading, where I served as both clinic manager and audiologist.

In 2022, I expanded my horizons by providing clinical services to both NHS and private patients for a well known high street optical and hearing care company. Throughout my experiences, I’ve come to a significant realisation – that patient satisfaction is not solely reliant on technology but equally dependent on precise diagnostics and empathetic care.

As a result, I founded this business with a clear vision: to deliver the right technology through superior testing and empathetic care, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
